1. What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at info@toptierplatform.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send back any items without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

3. What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@toptierplatform.com.
